论公司合并之立法完善

【摘要】：公司合并作为企业发展壮大的重要形式越来越受到各界重视。我国现行《公司法》中规定了公司合并制度 ,但很不完善。本文在分析我国公司合并制度中存在的若干问题的基础上 ,对我国《公司法》的修改提出了几点建议
[Abstract]:Company merger as an important form of enterprise development and growth has received more and more attention from all walks of life. The company merger system is stipulated in the present Company Law of our country, but it is not perfect. Based on the analysis of some problems existing in the merger system of companies in China, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the revision of the Company Law of our country.
