[Abstract]:The Company Law gave birth to the annual salary system of operators, Zhuang Guowei, and the decision adopted by the third Plenary session of the 14th CPC Central Committee of the Xu Baoshu Party made it clear that a modern enterprise system suitable for the socialist market economy system should be established. The Company Law, which was formally implemented on July 1 last year, further materialized the reform of the enterprise system. The implementation of the benefit grade annual salary system for operators is in line with the corporate system.
