【摘要】：企业坚持有效开展劳动保障管理工作,是指企业在遵守《劳动法》、《劳动合同法》等国家法律法规的原则基础上,结合本企业的战略发展目标和生产经营实际,开展的对本企业劳动用工的录用和使用,劳动合同管理;员工社会保险缴纳;员工劳动保护;员工工资支付等方面的监督和监察工作。劳动保障管理工作是维护企业和员工权益,构建和谐劳动关系的基础,本文着重探讨企业在劳动保障管理工作中,如何开展有效基础工作,发挥劳动保障工作的重要作用,促进企业持续有效的发展。
[Abstract]:Enterprises adhere to the effective implementation of labor security management work, refers to enterprises in compliance with the Labor Law, "Labor contract Law" and other national laws and regulations on the basis of the principles.
