基于SSH的合同管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】：现在，合同的签订过程中存在大量问题：法律意识过于淡薄。相关的合同签订者们对合同法的认知过少，根本上来说是一些企业的合同管理没有被归属于企业的经营管理的范畴之中。甚至于一部分企业没有合同的相关管理部门，合同的操作流程繁杂并且紊乱，对于处于签订过程中的合同不能进行有效的修改或者跟踪管理。本文设计开发了一种合同管理系统，改变了传统的手工管理模式，充分发挥了现代技术手段在管理工作中的作用，实现了对企业合同方便快捷的管理，具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。本文中设计开发的合同管理系统是基于B/S（Browse/Server）模式，使用MyEclipse7.0作为开发工具，结合MySql数据库管理系统，使用Java编程语言并整合Struts2、Spring、Hibernate三大框架来完成开发，同时还使用了Ajax技术来实现局部更新效果。系统开发与实现的主要工作包括： ①在系统设计之前，深入研究了Struts2、Spring、Hibernate三大框架，了解各自的工作模式以及如何将三大框架进行整合，并对Ajax技术进行研究，，以更好的实现系统开发。 ②在系统的分析设计部分，对该系统的实现和开发做了需求分析和可行性研究。详细介绍了开发该系统的需求分析、可行性研究、系统功能以及数据库设计。用图表的方式分析了系统结构，模块以及部分模块流程图。 ③在系统的实现过程中，通过三大框架的整合，将系统的表现层、业务逻辑层与数据持久层完全分开，使系统具有可扩展性，也便于对系统进行维护。 ④对该系统进行了测试并给出了具体的测试步骤和运行结果。分别对用户界面，服务器接口，浏览器兼容性，系统安全性，容错处理进行了测试。系统运行良好。本文在对现有各种合同管理系统进行研究的基础上，详细论述本合同管理系统的各个功能模块、各种功能以及各种技术及其实现过程，对研究开发工作进行了总结，并指出了后续改进方向，为进一步开发开拓了思路。
[Abstract]:At present, there are a lot of problems in the process of contract signing: the legal consciousness is too weak. Fundamentally speaking, the contract management of some enterprises has not been assigned to the scope of the management of the enterprise. A contract management system is designed and developed in this paper, which changes the traditional manual management mode. System function and database design. The system structure, module and some module flow charts are analyzed by chart. 3 in the process of system realization, through the integration of the three frameworks, the presentation layer, business logic layer and data persistence layer of the system are completely separated, which makes the system extensible and easy to maintain. 4. The system is tested, and the test steps and running results are given. The user interface, server interface, browser compatibility, system security and fault-tolerant processing are tested respectively. The system runs well. Based on the research of various contract management systems, this paper discusses in detail the various function modules, various functions, various technologies and their implementation process of the contract management system, and summarizes the research and development work. And pointed out the direction of further improvement, for the further development of ideas.
