【摘要】：《劳动合同法》实施以后,为帮助会计师事务所建立完善内部劳动规章制度,预防和减少劳动纠纷,浙江省注协于今年5月23日印发了《浙江省会计师事务所、资产评估机构劳动规章制度示范文本(试行)》.现将浙江省注协所发的通知及示范文本目录予以转发,供各地参考借鉴。有关示范文本的详细情况,可与浙江省注协综合管理部同志联系了解。
[Abstract]:After the implementation of the Labor contract Law, in order to help accounting firms establish and improve internal labor rules and regulations, to prevent and reduce labor disputes, the Zhejiang Provincial Annotation Association issued the "Zhejiang Accounting firms" on May 23rd this year. Model version of Labor rules and regulations of Asset Appraisal institutions (trial) >. The circular issued by Zhejiang Provincial Annotation Association and the catalogue of model texts are now forwarded for reference by all localities.
