激活发展的动力和源泉——对建企创建“六型”班组的调研

【摘要】：正建筑业是劳动密集型行业,目前全国建筑业就业人员达4747万人,其中固定职工仅854万人(包括技术人员178万人),而农民工有3893万人,占就业职工总数的82%。随着国民经济建设的快速发展和建筑企业施工规模的不断拓张,作为企业基本生产单位的班组人员结构也不断发生变化,原有固定工身份的技术工人逐渐淡出,一大批农民工成了建筑企业一线操作工人的主体。加强班组管理工作,提高农民工的思想道德素质,对贯彻落实《劳动法》《劳动合同法》等相关法律法规,促进
[Abstract]:The construction industry is a labor-intensive industry. At present, there are 47.47 million employees in the construction industry nationwide, of whom only 8.54 million are permanent workers (including 1.78 million technicians), while 38.93 million are migrant workers. With the rapid development of national economic construction and the continuous expansion of the construction scale of construction enterprises, the shift and team personnel structure, as the basic production unit of an enterprise, has been constantly changing. The original fixed status of skilled workers gradually fade out, a large number of migrant workers have become the main body of front-line workers in construction enterprises, strengthen the team management work, improve the ideological and moral quality of migrant workers, To promote the implementation of the relevant laws and regulations, such as the Labor Law and the Labor contract Law, etc.
