【摘要】：免责条款作为合同的重要条款,在合同的设定中有严格的限制,在实际操作中有很强的政策性。正确理解《合同法》对免责条款的法律效力,对铁路旅客运输合同中免责条款的设定、理解、操作,都有很好的指导意义。
