《循环经济促进法》在桂林实施情况调查报告

【摘要】：在城市化、工业化的进程中,粗放型经济增长模式使环境问题与经济增长的矛盾日益尖锐,我们应当借助《循环经济促进法》颁布实施的契机,改变当前经济发展的现状,促进环境保护和经济建设的协调发展。桂林市作为世界著名旅游城市,发展循环经济有利于促进桂林旅游业及社会经济的可持续发展。因此,在本次调研中,通过走访市环保局、市法制办、市发改委、市工信委、燕京啤酒(桂林漓泉)股份有限公司以及进行问卷调查,分析《循环经济促进法》在桂林市的实施现状,发现其在实施过程中所存在的主要问题,并针对这些问题寻求解决的方法,以促进《循环经济促进法》的改进和完善,推动桂林市循环经济的发展。
[Abstract]:In the process of urbanization and industrialization, the contradiction between environmental problems and economic growth has become increasingly acute in the extensive economic growth model. We should take advantage of the opportunity of promulgation and implementation of the Circular economy Promotion Law to change the current economic development situation. To promote the coordinated development of environmental protection and economic construction. Guilin is a famous tourist city in the world. The development of circular economy is helpful to promote the sustainable development of tourism and social economy in Guilin. Therefore, in this survey, through visits to the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau, the Municipal legal Office, the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Industrial Information Commission, Yanjing Beer (Guilin Spring) Co., Ltd., and a questionnaire survey, This paper analyzes the present situation of the implementation of the Circular economy Promotion Law in Guilin, finds out the main problems existing in the implementation process, and seeks solutions to these problems in order to promote the improvement and perfection of the Circular economy Promotion Law. Guilin City to promote the development of circular economy.
