新修订的《林业行政案件类型规定》实施

【摘要】：正据中国林业网消息,2016年12月29日,国家林业局依据新修订的《野生动物保护法》,对《林业行政案件类型规定》作了相应修订,并自2017年1月1日起施行。原《规定》明确了盗伐林木案件、滥伐林木案件、违法使用林地案件等14类案件,盗伐林木行为、滥伐林木行为、擅自改变林地用途行为等93种林业行政违法行为,同时明确了处罚依据。修订后的《规定》,对第二章第七条违反野生动物保护法规
[Abstract]:According to the China Forestry Network, on December 29, 2016, the State Forestry Administration revised the provisions on the types of Forestry Administrative cases according to the newly revised Wildlife Protection Law, and went into effect as of January 1, 2017. The original stipulation made clear 14 types of cases, such as cases of illegal logging of trees, cases of deforestation and illegal use of forest land, and 93 kinds of illegal forestry administrative acts, such as illegal felling of trees, indiscriminate felling of trees, unauthorized use of forest land, and so on. At the same time, it clarifies the basis of punishment. The revised provisions violate the laws and regulations on the Protection of Wild Animals with regard to Chapter 2, Article 7.
