我国环境监察执法的现实困境与对策思考

【摘要】：随着社会、经济等的迅速变化,我国环境监察执法面临的形势越来越复杂,需要制定可行的对策,才能真正实现生态文明建设目标,最终促进我国生态环境治理体系更加完善。文章就我国环境监察执法的现实困境进行分析,提出我国环境监察执法中现实困境的对策,以推动我国环境监察工作水平进一步提升。
[Abstract]:With the rapid changes of society and economy, the situation of environmental supervision and law enforcement in China is becoming more and more complicated. It is necessary to formulate feasible countermeasures in order to realize the goal of ecological civilization construction and finally promote the improvement of ecological environment governance system in our country. This paper analyzes the realistic predicament of environmental supervision and law enforcement in our country, and puts forward the countermeasures to promote the level of environmental supervision in our country.
