香港汽车尾气防治制度浅探

【摘要】：本文对香港汽车尾气防治的法律制度做了详细介绍,指出香港汽车尾气防治取得的显著成效是以一套环环相扣的汽车尾气防治法律制度作为基础。仔细分析了香港在汽车尾气防治方面的法律制度及其运作的社会基础,以期为内地汽车尾气治理提供参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the legal system of automobile exhaust prevention in Hong Kong in detail, and points out that the remarkable effect of automobile exhaust prevention in Hong Kong is based on a set of law system of automobile exhaust prevention and control. The legal system of automobile exhaust prevention and control in Hong Kong and the social basis of its operation are carefully analyzed in order to provide reference and reference for the treatment of automobile exhaust in the mainland.
