新农村建设中环境保护法律途径的完善探究

【摘要】：近几年,我国的新农村建设仍处在不断推进的过程中,但是,环境污染的问题在农村依然很显著,阻碍了新农村经济又快又好的发展。而法律作为约束社会行为的法规,通过国家的认定,是保护生态环境的保障。虽然,当前我国已经出台了关于农村的保护环境的若干条法律法规。但是法律系统还不够完善。并不能与当前新农村的建设需求相适应。本篇文章通过对我国新农村建设现状得而分析,阐述了法律在新农村建设的重要性,以及对如何完善法律法规作进行了探讨。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the construction of new countryside in our country is still in the process of continuous advancement. However, the problem of environmental pollution is still very significant in the countryside, which hinders the rapid and good development of the new rural economy. Law as a restriction of social behavior, through the national identification, is to protect the ecological environment. Although, at present, our country has issued a number of laws and regulations on the protection of the environment in rural areas. But the legal system is not perfect enough. And can not adapt to the current construction needs of the new countryside. This article analyzes the present situation of the construction of new countryside in our country, expounds the importance of law in the construction of new countryside, and probes into how to perfect the laws and regulations.
