美国可再生能源立法的发展新动向

【摘要】：自2005年以来,美国多项能源立法关系到可再生能源的发展,联邦立法的主要措施除了进一步强化税收减免优惠政策在促进可再生能源发展方面的重要作用之外,还新创设了可再生燃料标准制度,并通过促进可再生燃料管线的建设和改善可再生能源的许可机制促进可再生能源的快速发展。此外,有更多的州为促进可再生能源发展实行强制性可再生能源配额制度并提高其配额标准。
[Abstract]:Since 2005, many energy legislation in the United States has been related to the development of renewable energy. The main measures of the federal legislation, in addition to strengthening the important role of the preferential policies for tax relief in promoting the development of renewable energy, have also created a new standard of renewable fuel standards. And to promote the rapid development of renewable energy by promoting the construction of renewable fuel lines and improving the licensing mechanism of renewable energy. In addition, there are more states to implement a mandatory renewable energy quota system for renewable energy development and to improve its quota standards.
