【摘要】：古代是采用礼进行调整婚姻家庭关系的,从礼中对婚龄的规定,结合民间习俗略高或者是略低于其规定的婚龄,对于婚龄的立法规定,通常是满足某一目的而存在工具性。在现代社会发展背景下,对婚龄进行了立法,本文主要就我国现代的婚龄制度特征以及稳定的原因简要阐述,然后对我国婚龄制度的现状和完善建议进行探究。
[Abstract]:In ancient times, the marriage and family relations were adjusted by means of rites. From the provisions of the marriage age in the ceremony, the marriage age was slightly higher or slightly lower than the marriage age stipulated by the folk customs, and the legislative provisions for the marriage age. In the context of the development of modern society, the marriage age has been legislated. This article mainly describes the characteristics of the modern marriage age system and the reasons for its stability. Then the present situation and perfect suggestion of marriage age system in our country are probed into.
