从婚姻家庭法的规定看我国古代妇女的社会地位

【摘要】：文章从婚姻家庭法的角度，探讨了我国古代妇女的社会地位，，说明她们不能为社会建功立业的主要原因是因为她们被法律规范定位于家庭内部。这对于人们全面了解古代妇女的社会生活具有积极意义。
[Abstract]:From the angle of marriage and family law, this paper discusses the social status of women in ancient China, and explains that the main reason why they can not make contributions to the society is because they are positioned within the family by law.This has positive significance for people to fully understand the social life of ancient women.
