和谐社会视野下的夫妻伦理研究

【摘要】： 党的十七大报告中提到“深入贯彻落实科学发展观,要求我们积极构建社会主义和谐社会”。当前,要构建社会主义和谐社会,首先要从构建和谐家庭做起,家庭伦理是构建和谐社会的基石,夫妻伦理是家庭和睦的保证。所以,当前研究和探索建设新型夫妻伦理显得非常必要和迫切。由于改革开放和社会转型,夫妻伦理受到外来思想的影响和新旧道德观念的碰击以及社会主义市场经济本身的不完善,使得传统夫妻伦理准则在不断的扬弃,有的准则得到了继承和发扬,在夫妻伦理建设取得的成就方面:注重男女平等、婚姻道德中情感因素的增强、家庭民主逐步建立;有的准则已经失去或正在失去原有的规范功能,即夫妻伦理关系存在的问题:婚外情现象不断、家庭暴力触目惊心、离婚率明显上升和涉外婚姻中的“不等式”。这些不但对家庭的幸福和稳定产生冲击,也带来了一系列社会问题,阻碍了和谐社会的建设。因此,就要对产生这些问题的原因:市场经济对传统夫妻伦理的冲击、家庭结构多样的时代变迁、文化多元的价值选择冲击进行分析。为了建设符合时代要求的现代夫妻伦理,在继承传统儒家夫妻伦理和借鉴西方夫妻伦理的基础上,还要通过和谐社会构建时期夫妻伦理重建的对策建议来实现。
[Abstract]:In the 17 th report of the Communist Party of China , it refers to " in - depth implementation of the scientific development concept and demands that we actively construct the socialist harmonious society " . At present , to build a socialist harmonious society , first , to build a harmonious society , family ethics is the cornerstone of building a harmonious society , and the marital ethics is the guarantee of family harmony . Therefore , it is very necessary and urgent to study and explore the construction of new husband and wife ethics .

With the reform and opening up and the transformation of society , husband and wife ethics is influenced by the external thought and the impact of the new and old moral concepts and the imperfection of the socialist market economy itself .
