和谐社会视野下的夫妻伦理研究

【摘要】： 党的十七大报告中提到“深入贯彻落实科学发展观,要求我们积极构建社会主义和谐社会”。当前,要构建社会主义和谐社会,首先要从构建和谐家庭做起,家庭伦理是构建和谐社会的基石,夫妻伦理是家庭和睦的保证。所以,当前研究和探索建设新型夫妻伦理显得非常必要和迫切。由于改革开放和社会转型,夫妻伦理受到外来思想的影响和新旧道德观念的碰击以及社会主义市场经济本身的不完善,使得传统夫妻伦理准则在不断的扬弃,有的准则得到了继承和发扬,在夫妻伦理建设取得的成就方面:注重男女平等、婚姻道德中情感因素的增强、家庭民主逐步建立;有的准则已经失去或正在失去原有的规范功能,即夫妻伦理关系存在的问题:婚外情现象不断、家庭暴力触目惊心、离婚率明显上升和涉外婚姻中的“不等式”。这些不但对家庭的幸福和稳定产生冲击,也带来了一系列社会问题,阻碍了和谐社会的建设。因此,就要对产生这些问题的原因:市场经济对传统夫妻伦理的冲击、家庭结构多样的时代变迁、文化多元的价值选择冲击进行分析。为了建设符合时代要求的现代夫妻伦理,在继承传统儒家夫妻伦理和借鉴西方夫妻伦理的基础上,还要通过和谐社会构建时期夫妻伦理重建的对策建议来实现。
[Abstract]:In the report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), it is mentioned that "to carry out the concept of scientific development in depth requires us to actively build a harmonious socialist society". At present, in order to build a harmonious socialist society, the first step is to build a harmonious family. Family ethics is the cornerstone of building a harmonious society, and husband and wife ethics is the guarantee of family harmony. Therefore, the current research and exploration of the construction of new-style husband and wife ethics is very necessary and urgent. As a result of the reform and opening up and the social transformation, the husband and wife ethics is affected by the outside thought, the new and old moral idea hits, and the socialist market economy itself is not perfect, make the traditional husband and wife ethics standard continuously sublate. Some norms have been inherited and carried forward, in terms of achievements in the construction of husband and wife ethics: pay attention to equality between men and women, strengthen emotional factors in marriage morality, and gradually establish family democracy; Some norms have lost or are losing their original normative functions, that is, the problems existing in the ethical relationship of husband and wife: the phenomenon of extramarital affairs is constant, the domestic violence is shocking, the divorce rate is obviously rising and the "inequality" in foreign marriage. These not only impact on the family's happiness and stability, but also bring a series of social problems and hinder the construction of a harmonious society. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the causes of these problems: the impact of market economy on traditional husband and wife ethics, the changing times of family structure, and the impact of cultural diversity on value choice. In order to construct the modern husband and wife ethics in line with the requirements of the times, on the basis of inheriting the traditional Confucian husband and wife ethics and drawing lessons from the western husband and wife ethics, we should also realize the countermeasures and suggestions for the reconstruction of the husband and wife ethics during the construction of a harmonious society.
