对长春市婚姻登记制度执行情况的思考

【摘要】：婚姻登记工作是一项涉及人民群众切身利益,社会舆论普遍关注的重要社会事务工作,是国家行政机关通过登记方式对公民婚姻关系进行登录和确认的重要手段。加强和规范婚姻登记管理,对于维护法律尊严,实现依法行政,维护婚姻当事人合法权益,促进社会文明进步,具有重要意义。 本文拟通过阐述新中国成立后半个多世纪以来中国婚姻登记管理工作的历史沿革,以及长春市执行婚姻登记制度的发展过程,来探讨婚姻登记工作面临的新形势和新问题,这对于今后进一步做好婚姻登记工作具有十分重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Marriage registration is an important social affairs work involving the vital interests of the people, and public opinion is generally concerned about it, and it is an important means for the state administrative organs to log in and confirm the marriage relationship of citizens through registration. It is of great significance to strengthen and standardize the management of marriage registration in order to safeguard the dignity of law, realize administration according to law, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of parties to marriage, and promote the progress of social civilization. This paper intends to discuss the new situation and new problems faced by marriage registration in Changchun by expounding the historical evolution of marriage registration management in China since the founding of the people's Republic of China and the development process of implementing marriage registration system in Changchun, which is of great practical significance for further doing a good job in marriage registration in the future.
