高职农科专业实施双证教育问题的研究

【摘要】：正双证书教育是指受教育者在取得学历证书的同时,取得相关的职业资格证书。职业资格证书是国家证书制度的一个组成部分,是劳动者求职、任职、开业的资格凭证,是用人单位招聘,录用劳动者的主要依据。为加强职业资格证书制度建设,推行劳动就业准入制度,国家出台了一系列法律法规。1994年颁布的《中华人民共和国劳动法》明确提出：“国家确定职业分类,对规定的职业制定职业技能标准,实行职业资格证书制度”。1996年《中华人民共和国教育法》规定“实施职业教育应当根据实际需要,同国家制定的职业分类和职业等级标准相
[Abstract]:Positive and double certificate education means that the educatee obtains the relevant professional qualification certificate while obtaining the diploma certificate. The vocational qualification certificate is an integral part of the national certificate system, and it is the qualification certificate for the laborer to apply for a job, to hold a post, and to open a business. It is the main basis for employing units to recruit and employ workers. In order to strengthen the construction of the vocational qualification certificate system and implement the labor employment admission system, The State has issued a series of laws and regulations. The Labor Law of the people's Republic of China, promulgated on 1994, clearly states: "the State determines the classification of occupations and sets the standards of vocational skills for the prescribed occupations," The implementation of the Vocational qualification Certificate system ".
