论我国劳动法对妇女就业权的保障

【摘要】：正 妇女作为发展生产力和创造劳动力的双重载体,为我国生产力的发展和社会的进步作出了特殊而突出的贡献。如果说参加社会劳动是妇女获得解放的必由之路的话,那么获得就业的权利则是妇女获得解放的前提。本文就建国以来我国劳动法律、法规和规章以及正在施行的《中华人民共和国劳动法》对妇女就业权的保障进行一些学习和探讨,以达抛砖引玉之目的。
[Abstract]:As a dual carrier of developing productive forces and creating labor force, women have made special and outstanding contributions to the development of productive forces and social progress in China. If participation in social work is the only way for women to be liberated, then the right to obtain employment is the prerequisite for women's liberation. This paper makes some study and discussion on the guarantee of women's right to employment in the labor laws, regulations and rules of our country since the founding of the people's Republic of China and the Labor Law of the people's Republic of China, which is now in force.
