农民工的权利缺失及其保障对策

【摘要】：改革开放以来,农村剩余劳动力以前所未有的规模和速度向城市流动迁徙。这些农民工为城市的繁荣和发展做出了突出贡献,已成为我国工业化、城镇化、现代化的重要推动力量。然而,与他们的贡献形成鲜明对照的是其农民身份导致的权利缺失与权利侵害。赋予农民工相应的权利,并保障其有效实施是我们在构建和谐社会、推进城市化进程中必须认真解决的重大课题。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, rural surplus labor force with unprecedented scale and speed of migration to the city. These migrant workers have made outstanding contributions to the prosperity and development of the city, and have become an important driving force for industrialization, urbanization and modernization in China. However, their contribution is in sharp contrast to the loss and infringement of rights caused by their peasant identity. It is an important task for us to build a harmonious society and push forward the urbanization process to give migrant workers the corresponding rights and guarantee their effective implementation.
