《就业促进法》体现了社会公平的原则

【摘要】：《就业促进法》中的一个亮点是树立了公平就业的旗帜,这具体体现在《就业促进法》的第25～31条,该法第62条还规定了劳动者受到就业歧视时的法律救济途径。
[Abstract]:One bright spot in the Employment Promotion Law is the establishment of the banner of fair employment, which is embodied in Article 2531 of the Employment Promotion Law, which also stipulates the legal remedies for workers when they are discriminated against in employment.
