多缴养老保险费多得养老金

【摘要】:正 主持人: 我们在计算养老金时,按以下公式: X=C1/12N×(a1/c/+……+a_n/Cn) a1…a_n为职工退休前缴费工资。 C1……Cn为职工退休前的社会平均工资。 N为企业和职工共同的缴费年限。过渡性养老金的系数1.2%;缴费年限超过15年的,每一年增发上年度职工月平均工资的0.6%。照此计算,缴费多的职工,所得养老金反比缴费少的职工低。这是怎么回事?
