德国、法国工伤保险法律制度的比较研究

【摘要】：本文从制度结构、受益人范围、资金筹措和经办机制四个方面对德、法两国的工伤社会保险法律制度进行了比较,分析了两国制度在结构、内容等方面的差异及其优劣,指出了中国工伤社会保险法律制度的缺陷,并提出应在借鉴德、法两国制度的基础上对中国的制度安排从五个方面进行完善。
[Abstract]:This paper compares the legal system of industrial injury social insurance between Germany and France from four aspects: institutional structure, scope of beneficiaries, financing and operation mechanism, and analyzes the differences in structure, content, and advantages and disadvantages of the two countries' systems. This paper points out the defects of the legal system of industrial injury social insurance in China, and puts forward that the institutional arrangement of China should be perfected from five aspects on the basis of drawing lessons from the systems of Germany and France.
