大学生就业维权法制化模式构建

【摘要】：大学扩招使得大学生人数不断增加,随之而来的就业问题已经成为当今社会的难题之一。在漫长的就业过程中,大学生就业侵权问题时有发生,造成这一问题的原因有观念落后、制度缺失等。要想改变这种现状,政府要完善相关法律建设,学校要加强大学生维权意识的培养,用人单位要增强法律意识和责任感,要从多方面构建维权法制化模式,为大学生营造安全可靠的就业环境。
[Abstract]:The expansion of university enrollment makes the number of college students increase, and the employment problem has become one of the difficult problems in the society. In the long process of employment, the problem of employment infringement of college students occurs from time to time, which is caused by backward ideas and lack of system. In order to change this situation, the government should perfect the relevant legal construction, the school should strengthen the cultivation of university students' awareness of protecting rights, the employing unit should strengthen the sense of legal consciousness and responsibility, and the mode of legalization of safeguarding rights should be constructed from many aspects. To create a safe and reliable employment environment for college students.
