创宝达公司经营模式转型的研究

【摘要】:近年来由于国际大环境影响,中国开始有了输入性的经济通胀,这直接导致了劳动力成本的大幅上升,再加上新劳动法实施,更加剧了企业用工成本。很多企业都面临着高成本、高污染、高能耗的经营现状,怎样解决从来料加工模式变成有自己知识产权的、有独立研发能力的公司,是摆在众多企业经营者面前的难题。 作为珠三角地区众多代工企业之一,创宝达电器制品有限公司也面临着同样的经营环境剧烈变化的问题。在国内经济通胀的大背景下,公司原有经营模式已经不能适应公司的长期发展,主要体现在:单纯的OEM生产加工型经营模式已经不能满足公司发展;单一化经营模式风险较高,需向多元经营模式转型。 通过对代工企业经营模式的相关文献进行总结研究,本文首先对包括OEM、ODM和OBM在内的经营模式进行了深入的分析;其次在案例正文部分介绍了创宝达公司(简称创宝达公司)的基本情况,介绍了公司目前的经营模式及存在的问题;最后在案例分析部分,在分析了公司的宏观经营环境的基础上,对公司进行了SWOT分析,,并且进一步提出了创宝达公司经营模式转型的对策研究。 研究结果标明:创宝达公司应该由OEM转向ODM。具体的转型对策可以从几个方面展开:完善现有的研发体系;提高公司人力资本水平;强化企业创新意识;优化公司产品结构;提高机械自动化水平;采取金融手段应对人民币升值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, due to the impact of the international environment, China began to have imported economic inflation, which directly led to a sharp increase in labor costs, together with the implementation of the new labor law, further aggravating the cost of employment of enterprises. Many enterprises are faced with high cost, high pollution, high energy consumption, how to solve the problem of how to change from material processing mode to independent R & D company with their own intellectual property rights, which is a difficult problem faced by many enterprise operators. As one of many contract enterprises in Pearl River Delta region, Chuanbaoda Electric products Co., Ltd is also faced with the same drastic change in business environment. Under the background of domestic economic inflation, the original business model of the company has been unable to adapt to the long-term development of the company, mainly reflected in: simple OEM production and processing business model can not meet the development of the company; Single business model risk is higher, need to transform to diversified business model. Through summarizing and studying the relevant literature of contract enterprise management mode, this paper first analyzes the management mode including OEM,ODM and OBM in-depth; Secondly, in the main part of the case, it introduces the basic situation of Chuanbaoda Company, introduces the current business model of the company and the existing problems. Finally, in the case analysis part, on the basis of analyzing the macro-management environment of the company, the SWOT analysis of the company is carried out, and the countermeasures for the transformation of the management mode of Chuanbaoda Company are further proposed. The results of the study indicate that Chuanbaoda should shift from OEM to ODM.. Specific transformation countermeasures can be carried out from several aspects: perfect the existing research and development system; improve the level of human capital of the company; strengthen the consciousness of enterprise innovation; optimize the product structure of the company; improve the level of mechanical automation; Take financial measures to deal with the appreciation of the RMB.
