[Abstract]:How do we give full play to the role of law enforcement and supervision? in the process of implementing the Labour Law, the trade union of Xuzhou Mining Bureau started with the establishment of the supervision organization of the Labour Law. The labor law gives the labor union the important duty to supervise the compliance of the employing units with the labor laws and regulations, strengthens the supervision role of the trade unions in the implementation of the labor law, and promotes the labor law and its supporting laws and regulations.
