中国石油公司和俄罗斯石油公司激励机制的对比研究

在写这篇论文前,我的心中已经定下了一个目标,就是基于现有的信息和采用采访的形式去研究中石化和俄罗斯石油公司目前使用的激励机制的不同,以及这些机制对员工的影响。这篇论文的内容可以分为四个章节。第一章节是引言,在这部分会介绍这一研究的背景,意义和参考文献的回顾。这一研究的重要意义在于它为建立在中俄两国的两个公司比较做出例证。从员工的视角进行比较可以用来完成这个实例。当用GDP比较中俄两国会发现是不同的层次,尽管两者都是新兴经济体,但是他们的市场大小是不对等的。由于这个原因,这一研究使用国际美元来进行比较,国际美元是一个假设货币单位,是在家庭最终消费支出的同等购买力基础上计算出来的。关于激励机制的信息被提出是因为对于读者来说,理解不同形式的激励机制非常重要。虽然这些机制的定义甚至包括很多奇特的情形,但是理解这些可以帮助我们理解中石化和俄国石油公司给出的有关企业激励方法的信息。另外公众对于公司人力资源内部工作缺乏足够的了解。伴随着对信息的需要,预计在将来会产生一些决定性的甚至是私密的企业信息。请记住这篇论文的一部分目标就是使用现在已经公布的信息来完成的,因此很清楚的是其中会给出很多大致的结论。...
