广播电视应高度重视保护知识产权

【摘要】：正至5月1日,新《商标法》实施一周年。以新闻选取思维试问:这和广电领域有关系吗?是的!新《商标法》规定:声音也可以作为商标申请注册。于是,中国国际广播电台每天广播节目的开始曲成为中国第一例声音商标申请。这为广电领域的知识产权保护又打开一扇门,但一年间,"反应过来"的电台、电视台似乎不多。或许有人会问,电台、电视台注册商标做什么?通俗点说,避免他人随意使用;专业点说,保护知识产权。
[Abstract]:On May 1 , the new Trademark Law , the first anniversary of the implementation of the new Trademark Law , was asked : " Does this have a relationship with the area of TV broadcasting ? Yes ! The new Trademark Law stipulates that sound can also be registered as a trademark . " This is the first sound trademark application in China . " This is the first sound trademark application in the area of the protection of intellectual property rights in the area of radio and television . " Maybe someone will ask , " What do you do ? " said the popular point , avoiding the arbitrary use of others ; professional points said that the protection of intellectual property rights .
