【摘要】：知识产权,是当今社会发展中的一个重要法律问题,对于保障人们利益,维护社会公共秩序具有重要意义。做好产业文化的知识产权保护工作,能够为社会经济的发展发挥重要的作用。茶文化产业,是近年来越来越盛行的发展行业,需要加强相关方面的保护和发展工作。针对茶文化产业方面的知识产权进行保护,能够有效促进茶文化的发展,增强产业建设成果。
[Abstract]:Intellectual property right is an important legal problem in the development of society nowadays, which is of great significance for protecting people's interests and maintaining social public order, and doing a good job in the protection of intellectual property rights of industrial culture. Tea culture industry, which is more and more popular in recent years, can play an important role in the development of social economy. It is necessary to strengthen the protection and development of related aspects. The protection of intellectual property rights in tea culture industry can effectively promote the development of tea culture and enhance the achievements of industrial construction.
