职场女性生育成本分担模式的重构——从二孩引发的就业歧视问题着眼

【摘要】:"全面二孩"政策的突然落地,打破了原有生育模式的平衡。陡然增加的生育成本,使职场女性及其家庭、企业、社会乃至政府间的利益矛盾立即凸现出来。接踵而至的就业歧视问题使人们不得不对"各主体间,如何就生育成本进行分担"进行关注和思考。
[Abstract]:The sudden fall of the "all-around two-child" policy has upset the balance of the original fertility model. The sudden increase in fertility costs has enabled working women and their families and businesses, The conflicts of interest between the society and even the government appear immediately, and the problem of employment discrimination, one after another, makes people have to pay close attention to and think about "how to share the birth cost among the main bodies".
