法律保护机制在茶品牌保护中的应用分析

【摘要】:随着我国市场经济的蓬勃发展,品牌价值在激烈市场竞争中的作用愈加凸显。从现实看,很多企业已经开始将品牌保护作为企业发展的重要内容和核心要素。对于我国的茶企而言,要想更好地参与到市场竞争,尤其是国际市场竞争中,很重要的一点就是要创立出拥有更高美誉度和影响力的茶品牌。而要做到这一点,除了企业在产品研发、销售等方面发力外,还要相关部门建立和完善相应的法律保护机制。本文从法律保护机制对保护茶品牌的意义、我国茶品牌法律保护现状以及法律保护机制的构建方法等方面入手,对法律保护机制如何更好地保护茶品牌试论一二。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of market economy in China, brand value plays an increasingly important role in the fierce market competition. Many enterprises have begun to regard brand protection as an important content and core element of enterprise development. For Chinese tea enterprises, they want to better participate in market competition, especially in the international market competition. It is very important to create a tea brand with a higher reputation and influence. And to do this, in addition to enterprises in product development, sales and other aspects of efforts, This paper starts with the significance of the legal protection mechanism to the protection of tea brands, the current situation of the legal protection of tea brands in China, and the construction methods of the legal protection mechanism. On how to protect Tea Brand better by legal Protection Mechanism?
