专利申请文件的翻译

【摘要】：专利申请文件的翻译质量往往决定一件申请能否在目标国家授权,以及授权后权利是否稳定和保护范围是否准确合理。所以,翻译的质量是一个向外专利申请非常关键的因素。笔者作为欧洲专利律师,想通过本文和业界同仁分享一下对于专利申请文件翻译的一些经验和体会,特别是《欧洲专利公约》及其实践对翻译工作提出的要求。
[Abstract]:The quality of the translation of patent application documents often determine an application will be authorized in the target country, and authorized rights is stable and the scope of protection is accurate and reasonable. Therefore, the quality of translation is a very key factor outside the patent application. As the author of the European patent attorney, think through this and industry colleagues to share and experience for some experience in the patent application documents translation, especially the "European Patent Convention > and practice put forward on translation work requirements.
