网络背景下的知识产权特征变异与保护研究

【摘要】：经济的迅猛发展也催生着网络技术的普及,而网络日新月异的特点又使得网络环境与背景更为复杂,知识时代信息时代的标签化特征也逐渐明显,而由此引发的知识产权保护争议不断加大,如何做好网络信息背景下的知识产权保护研究是当前知识产权研究关注的重点问题。本文以网络背景下知识产权特征变异研究为切入点,对网络背景下知识产权的保护进行全面分析,以期实现知识产权的合法保护。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of economy has also spawned the popularization of network technology, and the characteristics of network with each passing day make the network environment and background more complex, and the tagging characteristics of the information age in the knowledge age are gradually obvious. And the intellectual property rights disputes arising therefrom are increasing. How to do well the research on intellectual property protection under the background of network information is the focus of the current intellectual property research. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the protection of intellectual property rights under the network background in order to realize the legal protection of intellectual property rights.
