小微企业知识产权战略论纲

【摘要】：随着我国"大众创业、万众创新"政策的推进,小微企业迎来了发展的大好机遇。与大中型企业相比,小微企业具有规模小、经济技术实力不强、资金不足等特点,在市场竞争中往往处于劣势。基于知识产权是一种独占市场的法律上的垄断权,与大中型企业一样,我国小微企业制定与实施知识产权战略也具有十分重要的意义与作用。小微企业知识产权战略应当高度重视其个性化特色,以知识产权创造、制度建设、知识产权文化建设为重点,以提高市场竞争力为目标。
[Abstract]:With the promotion of the policy of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" in our country, small and micro enterprises welcome a great opportunity for development. Compared with large and medium-sized enterprises, small and micro enterprises have the characteristics of small scale, weak economic and technological strength, insufficient funds, etc. In the market competition is often at a disadvantage. Based on intellectual property rights is an exclusive legal monopoly of the market, like large and medium-sized enterprises, It is also of great significance and function for small and micro enterprises to formulate and implement intellectual property strategy in China. Small and micro enterprises should attach great importance to their individualized characteristics, create intellectual property rights and build institutions. Intellectual property cultural construction as the focus to improve market competitiveness as the goal.
