虐待老年人问题的研究进展

【摘要】：本文梳理和评述了国内外虐待老年人研究的现状和进展,主要介绍虐待老年人的定义、相关理论、流行现状、产生的危害、国内外虐待筛查工具及应对虐待老年人问题的措施经验,并对我国虐待老年人防治服务体系建设提出要通过完善老年人法律制度、加强宣传教育、建设社区防范体系及发挥医务人员作用,来实现老年人权益的全方面保护,促使虐待老年人防治工作落到实处,形成良好的社会效果。
[Abstract]:This paper reviews the current situation and progress of the research on elder abuse at home and abroad, mainly introduces the definition of elder abuse, related theories, prevalence status, and harm. The experience of abuse screening tools and measures to deal with the problem of elder abuse at home and abroad, and the construction of prevention and treatment service system for elder abuse in China are put forward to strengthen propaganda and education through perfecting the legal system for the elderly. Constructing community prevention system and exerting the role of medical staff to realize the protection of the rights and interests of the elderly in all aspects, to promote the prevention and treatment of elder abuse in practice, and to form a good social effect.
