论金融隐私权的法律保护

【摘要】：金融隐私权是基于保护金融消费者的金融信息而产生的隐私权。当前,由于我国缺乏对金融隐私权的法律保护,以至于侵犯金融隐私权的现象频发。本文分析了金融隐私权法律保护的必要性以及我国现行法律制度中存在的问题,在此基础上,提出了完善我国金融隐私权法律保护制度的相关建议,希望对金融隐私权的保护有所裨益。
[Abstract]:The right to financial privacy is based on the protection of financial information of financial consumers. At present, due to the lack of legal protection of financial privacy in China, the phenomenon of infringing financial privacy occurs frequently. This paper analyzes the necessity of the legal protection of the right to financial privacy and the problems existing in the current legal system of our country. On the basis of this, it puts forward some relevant suggestions for perfecting the legal protection system of the right to financial privacy in China. I hope it will benefit the protection of the right to financial privacy.
