我国的父母监护权撤销制度探析

【摘要】：我国虽然规定了未成年人的父母监护权的撤销,但在未成年人父母监护权撤销后的配套机制、兜底机制等方面存在不足。结合我国实际情况、借鉴域外立法制度,对我国未成年人的父母监护权撤销的立法进行完善,同时建立监护监督机制,对未成年人监护予以辅助与保护。
[Abstract]:Although China has stipulated the revocation of parental custody of minors, there are some deficiencies in the supporting mechanism and mechanism after the revocation of parental custody of minors. According to the actual situation of our country, the legislation of parents' guardianship revocation of minors in our country should be consummated, and the supervision mechanism of guardianship should be established to assist and protect the guardianship of minors.
