基于多元化视角的数字图书馆版权协调模式研究

【摘要】：在数字图书馆信息资源的开发与利用中,数字图书馆版权协调模式的多元化构建是关键。本文以建构法定许可制度和合理使用制度为主体,基于多元化视角,整合多种数字图书馆版权协调模式,特别是角色定位和权利细化的版权协调模式整合构思,即对数字图书馆的三重角色的三个环节所涉及的版权问题进行细化再整合相应的协调模式,从而更有效地解决当前正"蓬勃"发展的数字图书馆版权问题,极大地促进数字图书馆的健康发展。
[Abstract]:In the development and utilization of digital library information resources, the multiplex construction of copyright coordination mode of digital library is the key. This paper takes the construction of legal license system and reasonable use system as the main body, integrates various copyright coordination modes of digital library, especially the copyright coordination mode of role orientation and rights refinement, based on the pluralistic perspective. That is to say, the copyright problems involved in the three links of the triple role of the digital library are refined and reintegrated into the corresponding coordination mode, so as to solve the copyright problem of the digital library which is developing vigorously at present. It greatly promotes the healthy development of digital library.
