城镇化背景下小产权房成因探析

【摘要】：上世纪90年代末小产权房在中国悄然兴起,随着城镇化的快速发展,小产权房也呈现出愈演愈烈之势,并成为中国社会的热点问题。小产权房在国务院、国土部门高压政策下仍然生生不息,与其生存的土壤有着密切关系,本文分析小产权房产生、发展的根源及其他影响因素,以期为寻求小产权房解决之道提供明确的方向。
[Abstract]:At the end of the 1990s, the small property house rose quietly in China. With the rapid development of urbanization, the small property house is becoming more and more intense and has become a hot issue in Chinese society. Small property houses are still living under the high-pressure policy of the State Council and the land department, which is closely related to the soil in which they exist. This paper analyzes the origin, development and other influencing factors of small property houses. With a view to seeking solutions to small property rights to provide a clear direction.
