【摘要】：本文将从山东疫苗案说起,结合大规模侵权的相关案例,从中归纳出大规模侵权的概念及基本特征,并针对其特征制定事前、事中、事后全方位的应对措施。
[Abstract]:This article, from the Shandong vaccine case, combined with the cases of large-scale tort, summed up the concept and basic characteristics of large-scale tort, and formulated the measures in advance, in the event and in all directions.
