【摘要】：正编辑作为出版机构的核心资产,是精神产品的选题策划者、组织实施者、质量提升者。解决编辑的责任、义务与权利相对等、相平衡问题,对于我国建设出版强国、文化强国,建设创新型文化强国,具有紧迫的现实意义和深远的历史意义。1然而在我国现行法律制度中,并无关于编辑权利保护的专门规定,编辑在工作中付出了大量的创造性智力劳动,却没有专门的法律规定对相应成果予以产权确认,编辑的智力劳动无法对应为经济价值,应有的激励
[Abstract]:As the core asset of the publishing organization, the editor is the masterminder of spiritual products, the implementer of organization and the promoter of quality. To solve the problem of editor's responsibility, equal and balanced between obligation and right, for our country to build a powerful publishing country, a powerful country of culture, and a powerful country of innovative culture, However, in the current legal system of our country, it has nothing to do with the special provisions on the protection of editorial rights, and editors pay a great deal of creative intellectual work in their work. However, there are no special legal provisions to confirm the property rights of the corresponding achievements, and the intellectual labor of the editor cannot correspond to the economic value and should be encouraged.
