美日医疗纠纷防范措施处理经验对我国的启示

【摘要】：介绍了美国、日本二个国家在医疗纠纷的防范和处理方面的措施,通过对这二个国家医疗纠纷的特点、医疗责任保险、医疗纠纷防范进行比较,总结分析其对医疗纠纷防范和处理措施的异同,并根据美、日二个国家的医疗纠纷的各项统计数值以及形成的原因等,来进一步分析我国医疗纠纷的产生的原因以及我国纠纷的统计数值,从中来总结我国医疗纠纷在处理上的一些缺点、优点,并进一步借鉴美、日二国的优势,提出对于我国加快医疗保障体制建设,医疗纠纷处理的经验,解决医疗卫生资源配置不公平现状,完善药品采购机制,实施法定医疗责任保险等建议。通过对照学习美、日二个国家的特点,来努力预防我国医疗纠纷的产生,并在医疗纠纷处理中,借鉴经验,努力解决医患之间存在的问题,形成一个良好的医患关系。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the measures taken by the United States and Japan to prevent and deal with medical disputes. By comparing the characteristics of medical disputes, medical liability insurance, and prevention of medical disputes in these two countries, Summing up and analyzing the similarities and differences in the prevention and treatment of medical disputes, and according to the statistical values of medical disputes in the United States and Japan and the reasons for their formation, To further analyze the causes of medical disputes in our country and the statistical value of disputes in our country, from which to sum up some shortcomings and advantages in handling medical disputes in China, and further draw lessons from the advantages of the United States and Japan. Some suggestions such as speeding up the construction of medical security system, handling medical disputes, solving the unfair distribution of medical and health resources, perfecting the mechanism of drug purchase and implementing legal medical liability insurance are put forward. By studying the characteristics of the United States and Japan, we try to prevent the medical disputes in our country, and learn from the experience to solve the problems between doctors and patients, and form a good relationship between doctors and patients.
