试论媒介融合背景下网络作品传播者的权利保护
[Abstract]:The development of technology has brought about the continuous change of the means of dissemination of works. The listed ways of protection of copyright law in our country can no longer meet the needs of maximization of the protection of the rights of network communicators under the background of media convergence. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the protection of the rights of the network works disseminators, it is pointed out that the main problems are that the rights and interests of the portal websites are infringed seriously, the legal rights of the database owners are not protected enough, and the social creators' right requests are not taken seriously. From the combination of rights protection and authorization, this paper establishes multiple protection mechanisms, introduces flexible authorization methods and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in order to improve the protection of the rights of network works communicators under the environment of media convergence.
