合理设置课程提高民法学教学质量——以中央司法警官学院为例

【摘要】：民法是众法之根基,是"帝王法律",无论是在法学教育、司法考试还是司法实践中,都是最重要的部门法。如何教学民法学,提高教学质量和教学效果,是民法课教师时刻思考并始终探索和践行的课题。本文以中央司法警官学院为例,从课程建设角度出发,分析了民法课程建设的现状,论述了合理设置民法课及其配套课程,提高民法教学质量。
[Abstract]:Civil law is the foundation of public law and "imperial law". It is the most important branch law in law education, judicial examination and judicial practice. How to teach civil law, improve teaching quality and teaching effect, is the subject that civil law teachers always think and practice. Taking the Central Judicial Police College as an example, this paper analyzes the present situation of civil law curriculum construction from the point of view of curriculum construction, discusses the reasonable setting of civil law course and its supporting courses, and improves the teaching quality of civil law.
