浅析作者撤稿现象

【摘要】：作者撤稿这一现象在期刊出版工作中已具有一定的频发性,对其进行分类,分析成因,从法学理论角度对撤稿现象进行评价,有助于编辑理清思路、多角度地处理、应对作者撤稿,对编辑出版工作有一定的现实意义。
[Abstract]:The phenomenon of the withdrawal of manuscripts by the author has a certain frequency in the periodical publishing work. This phenomenon can be classified, analyzed and evaluated from the angle of the theory of law, which is helpful for the editors to clarify their thinking and deal with it from various angles. The author should withdraw the manuscript, which is of practical significance to the editing and publishing work.
