数字遗产研究评述与思考

【摘要】：数字遗产是自然人在死亡时存储在一定载体或网络中的数字信息。由于立法的落后和管理机制的不完善,数字遗产纠纷话题不时见诸媒体。本文从基本观点、研究局限、研究难点等角度对国内外数字遗产的研究现状进行了评述,并从研究方向、研究目标、研究价值等角度对数字遗产的进一步研究进行了思考,同时明确提出了档案部门在研究工作中的使命与方向,旨在方便学界全面认识数字遗产并开展深入研究。
[Abstract]:Digital heritage is the digital information stored in a certain carrier or network by a natural person at the time of death. Due to the backwardness of legislation and the imperfection of management mechanism, the topic of digital heritage disputes appears in the media from time to time. In this paper, the current situation of digital heritage research at home and abroad is reviewed from the perspectives of basic viewpoint, research limitations, research difficulties and so on, and the further research on digital heritage is considered from the perspectives of research direction, research goal, research value and so on. At the same time, it puts forward the mission and direction of archival department in the research work, in order to facilitate the academic circles to fully understand the digital heritage and carry out in-depth research.
