物流产业集群空间模式研究

【摘要】：物流业作为生产性服务业，其依附性、外部性等特点决定了发展须以制造业、流通业等的发展为基础，由此呈现了物流产业集群沿着与市场需求相符合的空间分布规律。随着基础设施、信息网络等物流基础平台的提升与不断完善，现代物流企业逐渐向物流集聚区集中，一些经济中心城市、交通枢纽城市正成为物流集中的区域。本文同时以省域和市域为单位研究我国物流产业集群空间模式及影响因素，为现阶段不同区域依据其自身的空间属性及发展阶段来构建物流产业集群并制定扶持政策提供了可靠的理论支持和现实依据。在对物流产业集群相关理论进行梳理的基础上，归纳和演绎了物流产业集群的内涵、特征、发展模式以及存在的地理空间效应。其次，基于空间计量经济学理论，运用区位商和标准区位商法对调整之后的30个省份和325个地市物流产业集群的现状进行初步描述，探讨了我国物流产业集群整体空间分布模式（集群、分散或随机模式）以及邻近地区局部之间的集群模式和效应，并确定了规划物流产业集群时最佳辐射范围。最后，选择空间滞后和空间误差两者最优模型构建空间回归模型，，提出现阶段影响我国省域和市域物流产业集群的主要因素和发展模式。
[Abstract]:As a producer service industry, logistics industry depends on the development of manufacturing industry and circulation industry, because of its dependence and externality. This presents the logistics industry cluster along with the market demand in line with the spatial distribution law. With the infrastructure, information network and other logistics infrastructure platforms to improve and constantly improve. Modern logistics enterprises are gradually concentrated in the logistics agglomeration area, some economic center cities. The transportation hub city is becoming the region of logistics concentration. This paper studies the spatial pattern and influencing factors of logistics industry cluster in our country with provincial and municipal areas as the unit at the same time. It provides reliable theoretical support and practical basis for different regions to build logistics industry clusters and formulate supporting policies according to their own spatial attributes and development stages. On the basis of combing the relevant theories of logistics industry cluster, this paper summarizes and deduces the connotation, characteristics, development mode and geographical spatial effect of logistics industry cluster. Based on the theory of spatial econometrics, this paper uses the location quotient and standard location quotient law to describe the current situation of logistics industry cluster in 30 provinces and 325 prefectures after adjustment. This paper probes into the overall spatial distribution pattern (cluster, dispersed or random mode) of the logistics industry cluster in China and the cluster pattern and effect between the parts of the adjacent areas. The optimal radiation range of logistics industry cluster planning is determined. Finally, the spatial regression model is constructed by choosing the optimal model of spatial lag and spatial error. This paper puts forward the main factors and development modes that affect the logistics industry cluster in provincial and municipal areas of our country at the present stage.
