基于集群式创新优势的区域国际竞争力研究

【摘要】： 改革开放以来,我国产业集群崛起,铸就了“中国制造”强大的国际竞争力,但产业集群的进一步发展面临着资源优势的消失、低成本时代结束之后的成本上升与技术创新不足的数重压力,急需提升集群式创新能力和创新绩效以实现从低成本集群向创新集群的转变,构建基于集群式创新优势的区域国际竞争力是实现这一转变的重要途径。论文从集群式创新优势这一全新的角度出发,系统研究基于集群式创新优势的区域国际竞争力基本规律,寻求激励企业技术创新集群行为的系统模式,探索优化企业技术创新集群行为的有效途径,可以为推进我国企业技术创新的集群式发展提供理论依据以及新的方法和手段。论文以集群理论、创新理论、区域国际竞争力理论为依据,在实证分析的基础上提出集群式创新概念,探讨其产生机理,构建集群式创新优势评价指标体系。提出了基于集群式创新优势的区域国际竞争力的概念并分析了其特征。剖析了产业集群、创新网络、区域国际竞争力之间的内在关系。论述了区域国际竞争力与集群式创新的耦合机制,讨论了集群式创新能力与区域国际竞争力的弹性分析方法,分析了集群式创新对区域国际竞争力的乘数效应。在此基础上,提出基于集群式创新优势的区域国际竞争力的评价模型及其构建思路,并以全国53个高新技术开发区为例,实证分析了基于集群式创新优势的区域国际竞争力,结合湖南省产业集群的情况,用区位商法分析了湖南省的产业竞争优势情况,提出了以集群式创新为导向的湖南产业集群发展思路。论文的研究重点集中在五个方面:首先提出基于集群式创新优势的区域国际竞争力概念的理论和现实基础;第二是刻画基于集群式创新优势的区域国际竞争力特征、形成机制:第三探索提升区域国际竞争力的基础和机制;第四提出基于集群式创新的区域国际竞争力评价体系和方法。第五应用集群式创新的区域国际竞争力理论来分析和指导区域的集群式创新发展。从集群所具有的集群式创新优势的这个新角度来分析区域国际竞争力的形成过程和产生机理的问题。揭示了集群式创新与区域国际竞争力的本质联系。本论文的主要创新点在于:(1)明确了基于集群式创新优势的区域国际竞争力的概念,初步构建了区域国际竞争力的分析框架;(2)构建了集群式创新优势的评价模型,分析了集群式创新优势的区域国际竞争力形成的机制,即技术流、知识流和资源流等;(3)构建了集群式创新提升区域国际竞争力的提升模型,即集群式创新与区域国际竞争力的耦合模型、协同创新的提升模型、集群式创新能力与区域国际竞争力的弹性分析模型、集群式创新的乘数效应模型:(4)提出了基于集群式创新优势的区域国际竞争力的研究范围和评价模型,第一次从区域国际竞争力的角度实证分析了53个国家高新技术开发区区域国际竞争力的情况,并进行了分类和评析;(5)从湖南产业集群现状出发,提出了以集群式创新为导向发展湖南省产业集群战略思路。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the rise of China's industrial clusters has created the strong international competitiveness of "China made". However, the further development of the industrial cluster is facing the disappearance of resource advantages, the rising cost of the low cost era and the heavy pressure on the lack of technological innovation. The transformation from low cost cluster to innovation cluster, and the construction of regional international competitiveness based on cluster innovation advantage is an important way to achieve this change.
From the new perspective of cluster innovation advantage, this paper systematically studies the basic rules of regional international competitiveness based on cluster innovation advantages, seeks the system model to stimulate the behavior of enterprise technological innovation cluster, and explores the effective ways to optimize the behavior of technological innovation cluster of enterprises, which can promote the cluster of technological innovation of Chinese enterprises. Development provides theoretical basis and new methods and means.
On the basis of cluster theory, innovation theory and regional international competitiveness theory, this paper puts forward the concept of cluster innovation on the basis of empirical analysis, discusses its production mechanism, constructs the evaluation index system of cluster innovation superiority, and puts forward the concept of regional inter national competitiveness based on cluster innovation advantages and analyzes its characteristics. The internal relationship between industry cluster, innovation network and regional international competitiveness is discussed. The coupling mechanism of regional international competitiveness and cluster innovation is discussed, and the elastic analysis method of cluster innovation ability and regional international competitiveness is discussed, and the multiplier effect of cluster innovation on regional international competitiveness is analyzed. Based on this, it is put forward that based on the analysis of the multiplier effect on regional international competitiveness. The evaluation model of regional international competitiveness of cluster innovation advantage and its construction idea, and taking the 53 high-tech development zones of China as an example, the regional international competitiveness based on the cluster innovation advantage is analyzed, and the industrial competition advantage of Hunan province is analyzed by regional commercial law, and the situation of industrial competition in Hunan province is analyzed. Cluster innovation oriented Hunan industrial cluster development ideas.
The research focuses on five aspects: first, it puts forward the theoretical and realistic basis of regional international competitiveness based on cluster innovation advantage; second is the characteristics of regional international competitiveness based on cluster innovation advantages, and the formation mechanism: third explore the basis and mechanism to improve the regional international competitiveness; fourth put forward based on the theory. The regional international competitiveness evaluation system and method of cluster innovation. Fifth the regional international competitiveness theory of cluster innovation is used to analyze and guide the development of regional cluster innovation. From this new angle of cluster innovation advantage, the formation process and mechanism of regional international competitiveness are analyzed. It reveals the essential relationship between cluster innovation and regional international competitiveness.
The main innovation points of this thesis are as follows: (1) the concept of regional international competitiveness based on cluster innovation superiority is clarified, and the analysis framework of regional international competitiveness is preliminarily constructed; (2) the evaluation model of cluster innovation advantage is constructed, and the mechanism of regional international competitiveness of cluster innovation advantage is analyzed, that is, technology flow and knowledge. Flow and resource flow and so on; (3) the model of upgrading regional international competitiveness is constructed, that is, the coupling model of cluster innovation and regional international competitiveness, the promotion model of collaborative innovation, the elastic analysis model of cluster innovation ability and regional international competitiveness, and the multiplier effect model of Cluster Innovation: (4) it is based on the model of the multiplier effect of cluster innovation. The research scope and evaluation model of regional international competitiveness of cluster innovation advantage, the first time from the perspective of regional international competitiveness, the situation of the regional international competitiveness of 53 national high-tech development zones is analyzed, and the classification and evaluation are carried out.
