山东省中韩集装箱甩挂物流中心选址研究

【摘要】:近年来,中韩贸易发展良好,特别是山东省,与韩国贸易往来更加频繁,同时集装箱甩挂运输是一种集经济效益、时间效益、环境效益于一体的新型、高效运输模式,所以,对其需求日益增加。然而各港口(青岛港、威海港、龙眼港、石岛港、烟台港等)存在发展问题,如,手续复杂、成本较高、货源不足,,所以,服务于中韩集装箱甩挂物流中心建设就很有必要。物流中心建成后,货物在此进行集体报关报检,然后甩挂车直接载货驶入港口客滚船,中间不用停留。这就意味着在物流中心建成之后,对中韩集装箱甩挂进行集约化管理,这样既能降低物流成本,减少物流时间,还能提高物流效率,增加各港口货源,促进中韩贸易发展。而物流中心建设首先要解决的问题就是选址,这是本文要研究的内容,也是本文的创新之处,因为众多学者主要是从集装箱甩挂运输的意义上进行大量研究,对于其物流中心选址研究较少。 目前,开展中韩集装箱甩挂的港口主要在山东省,所以,在山东省进行物流中心选址。本论文在绪论部分提出了研究背景、研究目的和意义,然后在国内外文献综述和相关基本理论的基础上,开始了本文的研究。本文首先分析现状和原因。通过对于山东省开展中韩集装箱甩挂现状、内外部动因进行分析,了解其在山东省目前发展的情况及原因。其次,进行货种选择。通过运用产业经济学的区位商法对山东省产业进行定位,明确山东省优势产业及欠发达产业,同时基于合理运距法选出适宜甩挂的物种,继而结合产业和运距理论选出适合山东省进行集装箱甩挂的货种。再次,对于集装箱甩挂货运量进行预测。在整理青岛港、威海港、龙眼港、石岛港、烟台港近年来集装箱吞吐量的基础上,结合山东省与韩国的贸易状况,估算出各主要港口与韩国的集装箱贸易量,然后,运用时间序列法预测2012-2020年各港口与韩国贸易的集装箱量。最后,确定物流中心选址的方案。本文是运用重心法和模糊综合评价法进行物流中心选址的。运用重心法确定物流中心的初始方案——选在山东省烟台海阳市,同时从海阳市找出四个备选方案。继而运用模糊综合评价法从四个备选方案中确定物流中心的最优方案——山东省烟台海阳市辛安镇。在文章的最后总结了全文,并指明了进一步需要进行的研究工作。
[Abstract]:In recent years, trade between China and South Korea has developed well, especially in Shandong Province, where trade with South Korea has become more frequent. At the same time, container swing transport is a new and efficient transport mode that integrates economic benefits, time benefits, and environmental benefits, so, There is a growing demand for it. However, each port (Qingdao Port, Weihai Port, Longan Port, Shidao Port, Yantai Port, etc.) has some problems, such as complicated procedures, high cost and insufficient supply. Therefore, it is necessary to serve the construction of container logistics center in China and Korea. After the completion of the logistics center, the goods are declared in a collective customs declaration, and then the trailer is dumped to carry goods directly into the port passenger ro / ro ship without staying in the middle. This means that after the completion of the logistics center, the container dumping and hanging between China and South Korea can be managed intensively, which can not only reduce the logistics cost, reduce the logistics time, but also improve the logistics efficiency, increase the supply of goods from each port, and promote the development of Sino-Korean trade. The first problem to be solved in the construction of logistics center is location selection, which is the content of this paper and the innovation of this paper, because many scholars mainly do a lot of research from the point of view of container transportation. For its logistics center location research is less. At present, the port of container dumping and hanging between China and South Korea is mainly in Shandong Province, so the logistics center is located in Shandong Province. In the introduction part, this paper puts forward the background, purpose and significance of the research, and then begins the research on the basis of literature review and related basic theories at home and abroad. This article first analyzes the present situation and the reason. By analyzing the current situation of container dumping in China and Korea in Shandong Province and analyzing the internal and external reasons, we can find out the current situation and reasons of its development in Shandong Province. Secondly, the choice of goods. By using the location quotient law of industrial economics to position Shandong's industry, the advantages and underdeveloped industries of Shandong Province are defined. At the same time, based on the reasonable distance method, the suitable species are selected. Then combined with industry and transportation distance theory to select suitable for Shandong Province container hanging goods. Thirdly, the volume of container load is predicted. On the basis of sorting out the container throughput of Qingdao Port, Weihai Port, Longan Port, Shidao Port and Yantai Port in recent years and combining the trade situation between Shandong Province and South Korea, the volume of container trade between each major port and South Korea is estimated, and then, The time series method is used to predict the container volume of trade between ports and Korea in 2012-2020. Finally, determine the logistics center location scheme. In this paper, the center of gravity method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for logistics center location. The center of gravity method is used to determine the initial scheme of the logistics center, which is selected in Haiyang City, Yantai City, Shandong Province. At the same time, four alternative schemes are found out from Haiyang City. Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to determine the optimal scheme of the logistics center from four alternatives-Xinan Town, Haiyang City, Yantai City, Shandong Province. At the end of the article, the paper summarizes the full text and points out the further research work.
